HOW IT WORKS
1. We start with a proper conversation
A conversation about your role, what’s going well, what’s getting in the way, and what you want to be better at.
2. Regular one-to-one coaching sessions
We meet regularly and work on whatever is live for you. The conversation you need to have this week. The project that’s going off track. The person who isn’t performing. We tackle it together, in real time, not in theory.
3. You apply it straight away
This isn’t a course where you learn something and hope you remember it later. You’re working on real situations as they happen, so the improvement is immediate and practical.

I’ve spent 27 years working in and around growing businesses.
I’ve been inside businesses during periods of rapid growth. One tripled in headcount and grew profit c. seven times. I was responsible for building the people side that supported that growth. Over my career, I’ve restructured teams, redesigned roles, supported acquisitions and business expansions, and conducted over 3,000 interviews. Chartered MCIPD. Masters qualified.
I’ve worked alongside managers, senior teams, and MDs dealing with exactly the kinds of challenges this coaching addresses.
